Please refer to the fees below for any additional documentation required (note all fees noted below are inclusive of GST):
- Community Management Statement (CMS): $82.50
- Last Annual General Meeting (AGM) Minutes – if available: $45.00
- Sinking Fund Analysis/Forecast – if available: $82.50
- Building Replacement Estimate/Valuation – if available: $82.50
Additional Information
Upon receipt of your request for additional documents and receipt of payment, the additional documents will be issued with the Form 33 Certificate to your nominated email address within the statutory timeframes.
