Please note TCM Strata will be closed from 12noon on Friday 19 December 2025. Should you wish to receive the Form 33 prior to our office closure, non-urgent requests must be submitted before close of business on Monday 15 December 2025, and urgent requests must be submitted prior to close of business on Thursday 18 December 2025. Our office will reopen on Monday 5 January 2026. Any Form 33 Requests that are received during this closure period will be processed upon the office reopening.

Please also use this form to request a Form 34 – Body Corporate Certificate: Specified Two-Lot Schemes (duplexes).
Certificate Fees
Statutory Fees apply for the provision of a Form 33 – Body Corporate Certificate and are as follows (No GST Applicable):
- Form 33 – Body Corporate Certificate (Standard – 5 business days): $84.10
- Form 33 – Body Corporate Certificate (Repeat Request – Within 3 months of original certificate): $71.50
Upon receipt of your request, and receipt of payment into the bank account listed below, the certificate will be issued to your nominated email address within the timeframes advised above.
