The fee for an Information Certificate is set by the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997. These fees are as follows:
- AUD $71.75 (Standard turnaround of 7 business days – GST not applicable)**
- AUD $98.75 (Urgent turnaround of 24 hours – GST not applicable)**
How to order an Information Certificate

**The turnaround time for the Information Certificate requested will commence upon receipt of the request and cleared payment. All requests are processed within our business hours of 8.30am–5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
