Information Certificate Fees
The fee for an Information Certificate is set by the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997. These fees are as follows:
- AUD $71.75 (Standard turnaround of 7 business days – GST not applicable)*
- AUD $98.75 (Urgent turnaround of 24 hours – GST not applicable)*
How to order an Information Certificate
- Please complete and submit the online form below. You will receive confirmation once the form has been submitted successfully.
- After the online form has been submitted, please pay the applicable fee, via bank transfer to the account noted. Please ensure you note your reference number provided, or your name.
*The turnaround time for the Information Certificate requested will commence upon receipt of the request and cleared payment. All requests are processed within our business hours of 8.30am–5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
