If yes, please answer the questions below.Please Note - We may hold copies of keys pertaining to the common property of a strata complex, e.g. main entry gates, pedestrian gates, pool toilets, common storage areas etc. We do not hold keys for individual units - therefore if you have misplaced yours, or require a spare, please contact your Property Manager in the first instance.

Do you require a key to access the main entrance of the complex?i.e. a key to access the main entry gate / pedestrian gate of the complex.

Do you require a key to access another area of the complex?i.e. a pool toilet key, parking basement key or another key to access a part of the common property.

How would you like to collect the key?Please specify if you would like the key to be posted to you*, and if applicable, specify your postal address. Alternatively, collection may be able to be arranged through a locksmith or (if applicable) the Building Manager. *Please note - The applicant will be responsible for postage costs.
