Steven, as our major project has come to an end, I would like to personally thank you, along with the TCM team for the incredible support you provided our body corporate, in me in particular during the past 3 years.

We are a busy and often demanding body corporate, who added enormous workloads during the project planning, approval process and implementation stages of this project.  I look back now over the thousands of emails between myself and the TCM team and wish to express my gratitude for your understanding and patience.  I know that without Steven’s patience, guidance, sense of humor and friendship the project would have struggled to the successful completion that it has.  He truly is a remarkable Strata Manager!
